Acacia wood

Acacia is solid wood sourced from eco-friendly plantations. It is characterised by its fine grain, flame pattern and varying shades of colour. The wood is carefully selected and dried in kilns for several months, ensuring that (shrinkage) cracks are kept to a minimum.

After a product has been crafted from multiple pieces of wood, it is finished with either a clear or brown lacquer to highlight and preserve its natural grain. The water-based lacquer protects the furniture from external influences. For example, this environmentally friendly coating significantly slows down the effects of UV radiation.
