Edit & cancel order lines
More control over your orders
Want to respond more quickly to changes in an order? With our new feature, you can now edit or cancel open order lines yourself. No need to contact us, and you get immediate clarity on the status of the order line. This makes your work much more efficient.
How does it work?
Editing or cancelling an order line is easy
- Click the account icon in the top right.
- Go to My orders.
- Make sure the filter is set to Open order lines.
- Find the correct order and the relevant item.
- Click Cancel on the corresponding order line.
Check the images to see how it works so you can get started right away.
Want to make a change? First cancel the relevant order line and then place a new order for the correct item.
Why is this useful?
- Faster action: Make changes yourself instantly, as long as order lines are still open.
- More control: Adjust per item, without having to change the entire order.
- Efficient working: Less email traffic and faster processing.
