Have you ever wondered where your order is? With our new webshop feature Realtime Order Status, you always have full insight into your order process. Whether it’s one order or multiple order lines, you can see exactly which stage your order is in. Think of statuses such as: received, confirmed, collecting, collected, and delivered. This way, you always know what to expect.
How does it work?
Checking the realtime order status is simple. Follow these steps:
- Click the account icon in the top right corner.
- Go to My Orders.
- Find the relevant order.
- In the Status column, you’ll see the current status for each order and order line.
