Track & Trace for Dropshipment
Inform Your Customer Faster
Would you like to let your customer know immediately where their order is? With our new feature, you can now easily find the track & trace link for dropshipment orders yourself. This way, you always have insight into the delivery and can inform your customer quickly and transparently – without extra steps.
How does it work?
Finding the track & trace link is very simple. Follow these steps:
- Click on the account icon at the top right.
- Go to My Orders.
- Set the filter to All order lines.
- Find the relevant order.
- In the T&T column, you’ll see a 📦 icon. Click on it and you’ll be redirected to the site where you can track the parcel.
